I received September and October's woodbox but I haven't received Novembers yet and it's the 10th, it was paid the first of October. I Love the woodbox, but getting it has been a challenge to say the least. When I checked my order the wrong address was still in there so I sent an email and was told it was sent to the corrected address. For that reason I'm giving a 4 when this gets straight I will give a 5. I Love Kacee though😊🧡💚💛
